Ved afbud med mindre end 48 timers varsel gives bookinggebyret desværre ikke retur. Jeg beder derfor om, at du giver besked i god tid, så jeg kan tilbyde tiden til en anden kunde. Gælder naturligvis ikke ved nødstilfælde.
Ved udeblivelse uden besked eller afbud inden for 24 timer skal det fulde beløb for den manglende aftale betales, før der kan bookes en ny tid. Tak for din forståelse.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. The booking fee is non-refundable; however, I will deduct it from the total cost of your appointment. I understand that plans can change, so you can cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment without any additional charges. You can use the deposit for another appointment at a later date.
2. If you need to cancel on a shorter notice than 48 hours, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a booking fee refund. I kindly request that you provide me with sufficient notice to accommodate other clients. Emergency situations excepted.
3. In the event of a cancellation without any prior notice or within 24 hours of the appointment, you need to pay the full amount of the missed appointment before booking another time. I value your understanding in this matter.
